Site is a dirt log yard where logs are stored for a short period before being shipped to saw mill in TN. Single outfall located near entrance where stormwater leaves site to Little Buffalo Creek (Trout Waters). Due to site being located directly off of HWY 88, trash pollution could become an issue, informed permitee to monitor this situation and continue to keep site clean. Diesel tank on site does not have secondary containment, this will need to either be replaced with a double-walled tank or secondary containment will need to be built around it. Informed permitee to move small area where some logs are cut away from outfall. SWPPP is in the process of being completed and will be implemented when permit becomes active. Overall site is not large and should not be a problem.
