The Asheville Regional Office has reviewed the City of Saluda’s response to the Notice of Violation-Notice of Intent to
Enforce (NOV-2018-DV-0229). Based on your response and the City’s current effort to distribute funds towards
collection system improvements, the Division will take no further action with regards to this notice at this time. We
encourage the City to continue to work diligently towards the prevention and elimination of SSOs in an effort to
maintain continued compliance with Permit No. WQCSD0059.
