NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provic.ion of North Carolina General Statute 143 71 S 1, other lawful
standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental
Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
City of Reidsville
is hereby authorized to operate wastewater treatment system(s) and discharge
stormwater and wastewater from a facility located at:
Reidsville Yard and Waste Recovery Facility
407 Broad Street
Reidsville
Rockingham County
to receiving waters designated as Little Troublesome Creek, class WS-V;NSW waters, in the
Cape Fear River Basin, in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring
requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III, IV, V, and VI of General Permit
No. NCG240000 as attached.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective April 17, 2019.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
