Dear Mr. Wentz:
On April 1 lth, 2019, the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) completed a Compliance
Inspection for the above -stated facility. The inspection included records review and residuals
processing review of the Clark's Creek WWTP facility. The MRO would like to thank Eric
Jones and Scott Bryan for their time and assistance during this inspection. Overall the facility
was found to be compliant with the permit.
The Clark's Creek facility has a storage capacity of 60 days. A review of the storage at the
Clark's Creek WWTP was performed as part of the inspection. Storage is near capacity and a
Land Application (LA) event will need to occur in the near future. The MRO wishes to be
present for the LA event, so please contact us when this is scheduled.
The O&M records and pH stabilization data for the Clark's Creek WWTP residuals were also
reviewed during this site visit. O&M records were incomplete during the site visit due to a
change in staff at the WWTP. Please have the complete O&M Records available for review
during the LA event. Permit Condition III.4 requires "The Permittee shall maintain an approved
Operation and Maintenance Plan (O&M). The plan should include all components listed Section
III 4 (a through f).
