Gordon,
We discussed this location during the CP4c meeting. To date I have not been provided
with information that indicates that the 0.465 ac area will be able to be maintained as a
functioning wetland and should be calculated as a wetland impact. Also, is the area
denoted as "Mechanized Clearing" included as a permanent impact?
Kyle

Kyle,
Attached is a marked up copy of the permit drawing for Site 6. After a complex analysis,
Hydraulics has used the latest technology (highlighter pen) to indicate the acreages of
various parts of Site 6. The area inside the loop indicated in orange (0.465 acre) has
NOT been included as a take in the permit application. The other filled and cleared areas
have been.
If the 0.465 acre area needs to be included, we can update the Summary Sheet
accordingly.
Let me know. (I am still working on your Google Earth layer question).
Gordon
