We respectfully ask for the permit to be modified for the changes below.

Permitting Unit
1. Attachment A, PPI 001, monthly average should be changed to 200,000 gpd. This
will be the limit until upgrades are completed. All flows will be measured at the
influent.
2. PPI 002 and PPI 003, please remove flow from the effluent since flow will be
measured at the influent. BOD shall continue to be sampled.
3. PPI 004, please change description to Oriental WWTF INFLUENT (Effective upon
certification of the expanded lagoon treatment system) Flow limit would change to
400,000 gpd.
ALL FLOWS FOR BAYBORO WWTF SHALL BE MEASURED AT EFFLUENT
4. PPI 006, Please change the measurement frequency for TRC and pH toper spray
event.
5. PPI 006, Storage Lagoon Irrigation Effluent should have Arapahoe added in the
description.
