As we have discussed, and you have recommended, we are in agreement that the sewer permit issued to
Brunswick County for the public pump station at Brunswick Assisted Living (WQ0040083) needs to be
rescinded since the private pump station permit has been issued (WQ0040693).
Please rescind said permit and thank you for your assistance with this matter.
