The project drains to Camp Branch in 03020201. Camp:Branch is a Middle Creek tributary. Middle Creek meets the
Neuse River in Smithfield, well below Falls Lake.

I am pretty,much finished reviewing this project, but noticed.the following items that need clarification:
*The wetland impact indicates it is 0.16 acres on page ,4 of•the PCN.
*The impact exhibit'EX1 indicates the wetland impact is 5,046. square feet:.That converts to 0.1 -16 -acres *Can you please
confirm the HUC code for the buffer mitigation and is it outside the Falls Lake Watershed. .
