We've been in contact with the USACE and understand they are working to resolve the temporary versus permanent impact opinion on the stream stabilization measures proposed on the Atherstone Subdivision PCN (November 30, 2018). We understand your situation and via this email request the State place this application on temporary hold. We will advise as soon as a determination is provided to us so that the process can resume. It also appears that a Shoreblock type matting will be used for the stabilization. How will the applicant return the stream to original dimension, pattern and profile downstream of the culvert using this type of stabilization? Thanks!
