On December 07, 2018, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to
rescind your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG100142.
Based on our review of the facility on February 22, 2019 by out Winston-Salem Regional Office, your
request for rescission has been denied. Your request is denied due to remaining vehicles scattered along
the site presenting potential stormwater impacts. A copy of the Inspection Report is attached for your
records.
The potential stormwater impacts must be removed before a rescission may be granted. Your Certificate
of Coverage Number NCG100142 will remain in effect, and you must continue to comply with your
NPDES stormwater permit.
