Dear Mr. Bowles:
The Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) covering January through December 2018 has been
reviewed. This PAR was received on March 4, 2019.
The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b)
and the Com rehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
The next PAR will be due March 1, 2020.
