Status
Dear Mr. Scheller:
The purpose of this letter is to follow up with the Division in regards to the operational status
of the chart recorder. The new chart recorder was installed on 3/27/19. The system
underwent a period of troubleshooting and calibration. It was determined that the weir box
flow transmitter also had to be replaced.
We are now comfortable that the chart recorder is performing within the operating limits
established in the permit, Part II, Section D.3 "Flow Measurement" ..."Devices selected
shall be capable of measuring flows with a maximum deviation of less than 10% from the
true discharge rates throughout the range of expected discharge volumes."
Thank you for your flexibility in allowing us to document our discharge volumes with the in
line flow meter and through manual weir box readings.
