Inspection Date: 03/21/2019 Inspection Type: Compliance Evaluation Reason for Visit: Routine
Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted as a routine inspection to assess the compliance of this facility with the NPDES General
Permit NCG030000. During this inspection I met with Alex Roberts to assess the SWPPP, analytical monitoring, qualitative
monitoring, and site BMPs and outfalls.
During this inspection I noted various deficiencies in the SWPPP as listed below. Additionally, we were unable to access
Outfall 1 for inspection due to thick vegetation of briars.
Alex Roberts informed me that an updated SWPPP is currently being created. Please ensure that all deficiencies are
addressed and all corrections are reflected in the SWPPP.
If you have any questions, please contact my office at 704-235-2148 or by email at Holliday. Keen@NCDENR.gov.
