I am writing to you regarding the general NPDES industrial stormwater permit (COC: NCG180224) for Masterbrand
Cabinet's Kinston facility.
The general stormwater permit expires on August 31, 2019.
In accordance with Part III, Section A.12 of the permit, seems like we are not required to submit a new Notice of Intent
(NOI) or renewal request or renewal fees for continued coverage.
Could you please confirm the above?
Also, the technical contact and the responsible official for the Kinston facility has changed.
