to the Director of the Division of Water Resources.The recommendation for enforcement concerns
the violations cited in the Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-PC-0057) dated February 4, 2019,
previously sent to you.
If you wish to present an explanation for the violations cited, or if you believe there are
other factors which should be considered,please send such information to me in writing within ten
(10) days following receipt of this letter. Your explanation will be reviewed, and, if an
enforcement action is still deemed appropriate, your explanation will be forwarded to the Director
with the enforcement package for their consideration.
