To Whom It May Concern:
Uwe, the undersigned, registered property owners of the below noted property, do hereby
authorize Thomas Engineering, PA and John G. Thomas to act as our agent in the determination
of jurisdictional wetland boundaries, and stream origin/buffer applicability on the subject
property and to act on our behalf and take all actions necessary for the processing, issuance and
acceptance of permitting or certification and any and all standard and special conditions attached
thereto. By way of this form, Uwe additionally authorize access to the site by Thomas
Engineering, PA, contract consultant's of Thomas Engineering, PA, representatives of the US
Army Corps of Engineers (COE) and/or the North Carolina Department of Environmental
Equality (NCDEQ) for the purpose of reviewing wetland boundaries, providing a jurisdictional
determination, stream origin/buffer applicability determinations, and site reviews regarding
processing of permits and certifications. Uwe also authorize Thomas Engineering, PA and John
G. Thomas to act as our agent in the submitting of applications to the Craven County
Environmental Health Department for Improvement Permits for wastewater systems. Any
questions should be directed to Thomas Engineering, PA.
