Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov<mailto:rcnori.spam a nc.gov> Hi Mike, It was a pleasure speaking with you. Based on the information provided in your April 2, 2019 email and our phone conversation, you would be constructing a bridge over the channel that would go from high point to high point. There would be no discharge of fill material into a water of the United States. You have also indicated there would be no tree clearing associated with the proposed activity. As such, a Department of the Army Section 404 Permit would NOT be required by our office. You may proceed with your project as proposed.
