You may have gotten an application (or at least a Laserfiche notification that one is coming?) for a project in Seagate for a Wain and Marty Stephenson, where they've got the teeniest corner of a house extending into Zone 2 of the buffer, partly because some recent bulkhead work cut a corner, and pushed buffers back further into the lot than they used to exist. Just wanted to let you know if you needed any information, or if it'd be of any benefit or help, Mrs. Stephenson (Wain) had sent me a preliminary e -copy of her application that I am forwarding along to you. Really, it almost felt like overkill on my part to make them get the authorization, but they plan to gutter the house and get the collected water diffused outside of the buffer, and they meet the requirements for it just to be a buffer authorization instead of a variance, so hopefully I didn't forget to tell them anything they'd need to have a complete application. If there's any other information I can provide to help, let me know. Thanks!
