Mr. McMillan:
Per the NCDWQ comment letter dated June 11, 2009 the Airport must respond to NCDWQ comments within 30 days
(July 11, 2009). On behalf of the Airport I am requesting to extend that deadline to August 7, 2009. This extension is
necessary to incorporate USACE comments into our response and design modifications. Please let me know if this is
acceptable or if you would like a formal letter request. Thanks.
