Acting Director
Division of Water Quality
On August 15, 2001, staff from the Fayetteville Regional Office of the Division of Water Quality, conducted an

The Division of Water Quality requests that the following items be addressed:
The bennuda grass waste application fields will need to be resprigged in the early spring of 2002 due to the loss
of the stand. Contact an agronomist for assistance with preplant reoom mend atio ns.
2. Collect waste samples within sixty (60) days of waste application to comply with the recordkeeping requirements
of your General Permit.
