As stated in your NOV, I placed a call to DWQ to advise them of my situation. Since I reported my freeboard levels as being high, I have been irrigating from both lagoons on my site. I have dropped the level of liquid in both lagoons to an acceptable level, but 1 intend to continue to pump until the levels are down to where I shouldn't have this problem again. Short of another extreme case of rainfall, which is beyond any humans' control, I do not intend on ever being in the RED again.
