The solicitation is a requirement from FERQ. We have to send a request to all of the agency representatives as part of
the FERQ application, even if we have already done so. I know its duplicative. The project hasn't changed since you
issued the permit. Let me know if you need anything else.

I am a bit confused as to why I am receiving this request when I just issued a Nationwide Permit for this project. Can you
discuss this internally and forward them a copy of the Nationwide Permit.

If the project has changed from what was permitted then we may need to modify or issue a new Nationwide Permit.
