The Annual Report was found to be compliant with the permit. This permit expires on May 31, 2020. Please be sure to submit the permit renewal application at least 180 days prior to the permit expiration date. Please update all contacts and ORC's associated with this permit as appropriate. Changes can be made by submitting Water Pollution Control System Operator Designation Form as stipulated in NCAC 15A 8G .0201. The attached inspection report should be self-explanatory.
