Dear Mr, Johnson:
On August 7, 2000, staff from the Fayetteville Regional Office of the
Division of Water Quality inspected the Turnbull swine facility. It was
observed that swine waste %vas stockpiled at the rear of this house which
could result in a discharge_
In regard to the deficiencies noted during the inspection, the following
actions are requested:
1. Remove the swine waste from the unapproved stockpile location and
return to the lagoon for treatment in accordance with your CAW -W.
Nothing in this letter should be taken as absolving this facility of the
responsibility.and liability of any violations that have or may result from
these deficiencies.
