Dear Mr. Coble:
On July 28, 2000, staff frorn the Fayetteville Regional Office of the
Division of Water Quality inspected the Harvey Coble Nursery s:}gine facility_
It was observed that weekly lagoon level records were not beim maintained
in accordance with the General Permit.
In regard to the deficiencies noted during the inspection, the following
actions are requested:
I _ Begin immediately maintaining lagoon levels weekly in accordance
with your General Permit.
Nothing in this letter should be taken as absolving this facility of the
responsibility and liability of any violations that have or may result from
these deficiencies.
