You are correct, both Mark and McGill have completed some analysis, and we feel pretty good that our disposal will not exceed the dry weight limits of our permit, so we won't be requesting a permit modification. We do have additional bacteria samples from the 2018 material, and everything is good there. Our plan is to have all of that material gone (either through local distribution, or to the landfill), and be under a normal production and disposal cycle by July 1, 2019 (probably sooner). Mark is going to implement a solids limit at the storage facility, so we won't be in this position again. Mark has also got a local paving company drawing up a proposal to repave the parking area/driveway, specifically to reprofile that area to direct any water from our entry drive back to the storage area back into the plant. Thanks again for following up. Let me know if you need any additional information for the NOV. From our meeting last month, we have included that in our SOC considerations to McGill for our formal request to come soon. If you are going to exceed the limit you would need to get a permit modification. Your current permit limit is for 1065 dry tons per year. This would be for residuals distributed to the public not landfilled. Based on your e-mail, it sounds like you will not go over that limit. Your TCLP analysis for 2018 should cover those residuals that were produced in 2018. Of course you would still need to do all monitoring as normal for the residuals produced in 2019. 1 believe you have also collected additional bacteria samples for the residuals produced in 2018. If you have any questions, please let me know.
