This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Pasquotank
County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on an unnamed canal to Newland Drainage Canal,
Stream Index No. 30-3-1.5, Pasquotank River Basin.
E�sting (2) 24" X40' CMP's will be replaced by (2) 24" X40' CAP's at N 36.22522° W 76.284386°.
