Zahid and Chuck,
At about 6:00 pm yesterday (8/15), Allen Steam Station received about 0.7 inches of
rainfall in about 30 minutes. As a result, we did have some sediment escape the limits
of disturbance in portions of the project associated with GASTO-2017-015, but because
of results from rainfall events during normal operations, we are uncertain if any project
sedimentation reached any streams or wetlands. We are currently working to repair
and/or make improvements to the currently approved BMPs. I will provide more detail
in a written submission within the next four days. Zahid, according to our conversation,
I understand that you will likely have Chuck inspect the areas sometime next week.

if you have any questions.
