This inspection was conducted to follow up and verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0034304. All items noted in the previous inspection have been addressed. A new sampler has been installed. Sampling is occurring after all treatment units. The flow meter has been calibrated and setup properly with the new sampler. Flow concerns have been addressed by pump management at the EQ and the flow readings appear to have been incorrect due to previous calibration. Solids management at the plant is much improved and now appears affective.
