The Division received your request to rescind the subject permit, and
we do not object to your request. NPDES permit NC0034932 is hereby
rescinded, effective immediately. This letter is to close the permit file
for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your municipality wishes to discharge wastewater to the
State's surface waters, they must first apply for and receive a new NPDES
permit.
