I have yet to receive the hard copy package with the original Permit Transfer form and a check in the amount of $505. Which address did you send it to? Also, would you please send a copy of the Operating Agreement for Poplin Meadows LLC. I need legal documentation that Kerry Avant has legal authority to sign for the Permit Transfer.
