CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE STOPPED AND THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY IF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, OR WHAT APPEARS TO
BE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE UNCOVERED DURING GRADING OPERATIONS.
THE AREA CONTAINING THE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHALL BE MARKED OFF
UNTIL A MEMBER OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDUCTS AN INVESTIGATION.

MAY CHANGE IN CERTAIN AREAS DUE TO SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS
LAWN AREAS OR PASTURES.

ALL YARD FRONTAGES ALONG RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE REPAIRED /

CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:

SMOOTH AND RESEED DAMAGED AREAS OF THE R/W FOR PERMANENT STABILIZATION.
STABILIZING AND RE -SEEDING EFFORTS SHALL AT NO TIME LAG ANY COMPLETED
