Here is the information I owe you from the Jun¢ 1, 2018 YPDRBA meeting. The members voted to accept your request
p¢nding paym¢nt of the outstanding and soon to be current dues and a proper request for mom barship. I have included
below the article of the bylaws that describes the of£cial request that Edgewater must make in order for us to be able to
move forward.
ARTICLE IV —MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. Field of Membership. Membership in th¢ Corporation shall be open to all units of local government in
the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin holding National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES) wastewater
discharge permits and other public and private entities holding NPDES wastewater permits for 1.0 million gallons
per day (MGD) or greater. Each member shall hav¢ the authority to appoint two directors to the Board of Directors
who shall together have one vote which may be exercised by one Director acting alone or by the two Directors
acting together.
Section 2. Application for Membership. Application for membership into the Corporation shall be made in writing
to the Chairperson with the following information: letter of intent requesting membership into the Corporation;
NPDES permit number(s); permitted flow in MGD; a summary of the applicant's recent compliance history
including any notice of violations or enforcement action by the NC Division of Water Resources (or its predecessor
agencies) or the US Environmental Protection Agency within the last S years; Operator in Responsible Charge(O RC)
contact name and telephone number; and names and telephone nu mber(s) of the applicant's designated Directors.
V pon receiving an application for membership, the Chairperson shall notify the Board of Directors and the NC
Division of Water Resources. Application for membership into the Corporation will only be considered by the
mem 6ership twice annually. Applications received before January 1 will be decided upon by the Board of Directors
at or before the April meeting of the same calendar year. Applications received before July 1 will be decided upon
by the Board of Directors on or before the October meeiing of the same calendar year. Upon decision of the Board
of Directors, the Chairperson shall notify the applicant in writing of the decision and any findings regarding the
decision.
Section 3. Membership Fees. Fees for the Corporation members shall be set by the Board of Directors annually. In
setting fees, the Board shall consider the impacts of membership to the Corporation and may establish a minimum
fee to cover any cost impacts to the Corporation.
Dues (past and current)
The pr¢vious unpaid invoice for $28t 9.42 is attached. The new dues statement going out in the neM few weeks will be for
$2,847.62. The total amount due will ba $5,667.D4. Plaasa let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks

Facility has new owners and is now operating as Edge Water Treating, LLQ The Facility NPDES permit
number and 2.305 MGD ¢ffluent flow rate remain the same as our prederessors.
