Sipe w/ WQROS-WaRO to observe conditions at Field 3-2 of Permit # W00037637 during an application event for which the permittee had notified WaRO, as required by the permit. According to John Dunham w/ Craven Ag Services (ORC), who was contacted by phone on 3/14/19, application of residuals had been completed during the morning of 3/13/19. The required signage was present and the field was being tilled during the inspection. It appears that all required buffers had been adhered to and no ponding, runoff, or odors were observed. Accordning to Mr. Dunham, buffers had been marked with flagging during application but had been removed prior to tilling the field. The application event appears to have been performed in compliance with the permit.
