ALL WATER AND SEWER MAINS SHALL BE BURIED A MINIMUM OF 36" BELOW FINISHED GRADE OR AS INDICATED ON PLANS. 9. ALL INFRASTRUCTURE SHALL MEET MINIMUM CURRENT EFFECTIVE NCDEQ STANDARDS. 10. CONTACT THE NORTH CAROLINA ONE -CALL CENTER AT 1-800-632-4949 A MINIMUM OF THREE DAYS AND A MAXIMUM OF 10 DAYS BEFORE ANY EXCAVATION WORK IS CONDUCTED ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT SO AS TO AVOID UTILITY DAMAGE. 11. EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO FENCES, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, TRAFFIC SIGNS, MAIL BOXES PAVEMENT, CURBS, UTILITY PIPELINES, AND DRAINAGE STRUCTURES WHICH ARE DAMAGED, REMOVED OR ALTERED TO PERMIT INSTALLATION OF THE WORK SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY THE CONTRACTOR, AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE, IN THE SAME LOCATION AND IN CONDITION AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THEY WERE FOUND. 12.
