Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Inspection Report form from the inspection
conducted on March 26, 2019. The Compliance Inspection was conducted by Randy Sipe of the
Water Quality Regional Operations Section, Washington Regional Office.
During the inspection the wastewater surface irrigation system described in Permit Number
WQ0000550 was toured. The inspection included a walkthrough of the spray fields on site,
lagoon and influent area and a review of monthly reports/record keeping. The facility appeared
to be operating in compliance with regards to Permit Number WQ0000550 at the time of the
inspection.
