Please find enclosed three copies of the Town of Jefferson Water Resources Annual
Report for the Land Application of Biosolids for the calendar year 2018. This mailing
contains the report for the Class A dry biosolids program.
No Class A dry biosolids were produced at the Jefferson Wastewater Plant in 2018.
All solids disposal for the Jefferson WWTP was performed under the Town of Jefferson
Class B sludge permit.

2. All operation and maintenance requirements were compiled with or,in the case of a deviation,prior authorization was received from the Division of Water Resources.
3. No contravention of Ground Water Quality Standards occurred at a monitoring well.
