1. Page 5 of 5 depicts the signature of Rhonda Brewington. The application package
requires an agent authorization letter signed by the applicants. A sample agent
authorization letter has been attached to this e-mail. Please e-mail a signed agent
authorization form to Stephanie Goss at [e-mail] [15A NCAC 02H
.0502(f)]
Response: Authorization letter from the owner has been completed and is attached to
this submittal.
2. The application did not include a site plan for this project. The site plan should clearly
label and show Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the Neuse Riparian Buffer, and the requested
impacts should be shown as an overlay on the site plan and be labeled (Buffer Impact 1,
etc.). [15A NCAC 02H .0502(8)]
Response: Plan sheet C3.0 has been added to the plans showing zones 1 and 2 of the
Neuse Riperian Buffer and the permanent impacts to the buffer.
3. Please provide a most recent bound and published county soil survey. Please cleanly
draw or delineate the site boundaries on the soil survey. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(b)]
Response: The Wake County soil survey with the site boundaries delineated on it has
been included with this submittal.
