The Washington Regional Office has conducted a review of the 2018 Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) for the City of New
Bern. As discussed with Bruce on 3/5/2019 please update the Compliance Judgement Worksheet for Craven Wood Energy. The
Compliance Judgement Worksheet for PH has 1 under Regular Violation on 12-19-2018. This should be 0 since the PH value is
within limits.
The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the
Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR will be due March 1, 2020.
