Shelton I was asking if there is a time line for how long after a permit has been issued can it be modified not approved? When I told my client I was ready to submit the modification he told me the City had not decided yet whether to do the modification or to permit it as a separate project later. So my concern is they could wait a year and then ask me to submit a modification. Can they still modify a permit that long after it has been approved or is there an expiration date as to when a permit can no longer be modified and would need a new PCN as a separate project? Or can it be modified at any time while it is still open? Christopher J.
