NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-21 ; 1, other lawful
standards and regulations prorrrulgaled and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental
Managenieril Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
Allegheny Tech Inc.
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a facility located at
ATI Specialty Metals - Bakers Powders Operations
3875 Aeropointe Parkway
Monroe
Union County
to receiving waters designated as Bearskin Creek, class C waters in the Yadkin River Basin,
in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions
set forth in Parts I, II, III, and IV of General Permit No. NCG030000 as attached.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective March 22, 2019.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
