SUBJECT: Replace Bridge 174 & Bridge 175 on SR 1332 Over Big Creek, Haywood County,
ER 18-0332
Thank you for your March 19, 2018, letter transmitting the photographic documentation of the two bridges
that lead to the Waterville Dam and Power House and are eligible for listing in the National Register of
Historic Places for their engineering/technology. The submitted materials fulfill Stipulation I of the
Memorandum of Agreement for the undertaking. We look forward to reviewing the plans for the bridge
replacements and to notification of any unanticipated discoveries during construction, should they occur.
The above comments are made pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the
Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's Regulations for Compliance with Section 106 codified at 36 CFR
Part 800.
