Cyndi,
Both 05-0064 and 05-0065 (Berewick Town Center and Palisades North) were issued by this
Office on March 9, 2005. I have no clue why you didn't get a copy of the 401 when they
were issued, but "stuff" happens you know. I also don't have the "authority" to add the
issuance dates to FMP, so someone in the Central Office will have to take care of that
matter. If you need any thing else, just let me know.

handling these notices in the future. When you advise Central of staff report
submittals or attach copies of hold letters and issued 401's, please email those to
[e-mail] and he will consult with me as necessary for the wierd
projects. Anyway, the following are the projects we have in-house for each Region for
around 30 days and those which are tardy. If you have information about any of these,
please reply to Ian. As usual, if you see any projects listed here that you have not
received, please let Ian know so that he can fax or otherwise transmit a copy to you.
Take special note of the projects on a compressed 30-day clock because they're NW 27
(stream restoration) projects. If we don't get a staff report within 30 days of
Central receipt, and no application fee was paid, they're deemed as issued.
