This is a total of 140 feet of culvert. At that time we will slope the banks to meet the head wall. When installing culvert the stream will be damned up and pumped around to keep bottom of creek dry. When weather permits a one section of pipe and pre -form head wall will be installed. At that time the slope will be addressed. William Elliott indicated that USACE will be issuing a NW39 permit and DWR will be issuing corresponding General Certification 4139. Because this PCN is associated with a Notice of Violation, issued by DWR in November, written approval is required.
