Wild trout would likely not have impacted by this project and a moratorium would not have been needed. As this is after -the -fact and not in a priority area, I have no comments; please let me know if you need particular input. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project. He connected that culvert to the culvert that flows below under sugar hill road.
