Thank you so much for sending me the link!
The Flint employees at the Winston-Salem plant have been released and all of the files have been sent to Flint Group's
Plymouth, MI facility. The facility has no raw material, finished product or equipment on site. The above ground storage
tanks and piping have been cleaned and Flint will be giving the keys to the new owner next Friday, 3/29.
With the employees and files no longer available, I don't have access to the sites permit number. I am the HSE Manager for
the Lebanon, OH facility and am here in Winston-Salem to assist in the closure. Is it possible that you could send me the
permit number? The address is:

Below is the instructions and hyperlink to rescind a Stormwater permit.
Rescind an Existing Industrial Permit
Complete the Rescission Request Form and mail one hard copy of the form to Suzanne McCoy, 1612 MSC,
Raleigh, NC 27699-1612. In addition, e-mail the form to Suzanne McCoy. There is no fee for industrial permit
rescissions. Please note that it can take 1-2 months to process the request because we cannot rescind the permit
until DEQ staff conduct a site visit.
If you would like to request dormant status for your permit, (a temporary suspension of industrial activities and
monitoring requirements), contact Bethany Geor off.
