Enclosed are the protective covenants for Summer Cove, LLC that was recorded on November 29, 2006 in book #1635 pg#341-355. The public marinas that are located near Summer Cove Subdivision are for day use, they do not rent out slips for any length of time thus not allowing the homeowners to moor their water craft for an extended period of time. They are used mainly for use to moor the craft that they themselves rent out and for access for refueling. During weekends and holidays the public marinas will be overcrowded due to limited slips, the residence to have their own marina will help alleviate this problem and will limit the ware and tare on the public marinas that are in such demand. Lisa Leatherman of Duke Energy came and looked at the proposed site for the Summer Cove marina in her opinion it met all eligibility requirements to sustain a ten slip marina for this area. There will not be any type of fueling or waste water with this project. The facility will be constructed as to minimize the amount of footage that will impede into the lake. Also enclosed it a copy of the applications sent to Jackson County agencies to fulfill their requirements. Please review the new information concerning this application for a ten slip marina. Please contact me if further information is required, I can be reached at the above address or by phone (770-331-9569). Sincerely, c S? - } UOLM-cy? Scott Lowman Authorized Agent
