The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a follow up inspection of the Hunter's Glen WWTP on
3/20/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the
conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0067288. The findings and comments
noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled
"Compliance Inspection Report".

The facility is now in compliance with Permit No. NC0067288. Move the effluent transducer to a better position
for metering when the meter is calibrated in May of 2019.
