Sorry, I forgot to add: On Site 1 the drawing (Sheet 3 of 9) shows that a small corner of
the dissipater pad will be in the wetland and was not shown on the impact sheet. I hope
that they can avoid this impact somehow.

I have reviewed the courtesy copy for bridges 399 and 400 over Big Marsh Swamp in
Robeson and I concur that the project fits under an non-reporting GC 4132 (USACE's NW
3). Please be sure to include a copy of GC 4132 with the contract package. Don't
hesitate to contact me if issues or questions arise during the project's construction.
