A visit was not performed as a part of this review. During 2018, seventeen of fifty-four permitted fields received soil amendments of class "B" residuals through permit WQ0002712. The AR indicates that adequate VS reduction was achieved in all four quarters and compliance for reduction was achieved under this permit. This is noted in the Treatment section of the inspection report review. Some of the application fields required lime amendments. These fields were noted in the Records Keeping section of the AR Report review. According to the laboratory analytical data presented in the report, metals loading remains below CLRP for the fields that received material in 2018. The data presented in the AR appears to be complete. PAN and SAR values were presented as required by the permit.
